This option also eliminates the risk of recurring passwords. People tend to choose the same, usually easy-to-remember, password often. This practice often brings risks.

G Suite also gives you the option to manage devices. This gives you the ability to decide who can always connect to your suite. If a device is lost, or an employee leaves, it becomes easy to ensure that no one has access to what they shouldn’t.
