Is the domain name included?
No it is not included. The reason is very simple: if we provide the domain name, it belongs to us. If you get the domain name, it’s yours!
I would like to change my images, how can I modify them to adapt to the site?
You don’t need a Photoshop course to edit your images! There are several online tools that are easy to use. One of our favorites is Canva.
What information should I provide?
First of all, we have a questionnaire that we will fill out with you, in order to better know your company and be able to create the texts for your website.
Then we need:
- Your logo in electronic format
- All the images you have about your company, your products and/or your team
- access to your domain name
If you don’t have some of these items we can help, don’t let this stop you!
Can I add options later?
Of course! Your site is a tool and it can grow with you.
But tell us about your future plans, so we can plan your website accordingly 🙂
Do I need technical knowledge to edit my content?
No way. Editing your content is as easy as using Word.
I already have hosting, can I still have a website with Forfait Web PME??
Our package includes a 2-year hosting contract. But we can still help you, contact us to discuss!
How soon will the site be ready to go live?
Creating a website is not done in 3 seconds! Deadlines may vary depending on the content to be created, delays in customer responses or due to technical problems beyond everyone’s control.
But usually a site is ready in 4-6 weeks. Yes, yes, it’s a very “cliché” deadline, but it is realistic 🙂
Who creates the content and texts?
We take care of creating the content for you, but nothing will be added to the site until we have your approval.
Will I be able to edit my content?
The package includes training on the content manager, so you will be able to change your content without any problem.
